We met our niece Friday afternoon!! She is SO precious. My baby fever shot through the roof. I asked Josh how holding his niece made him feel and he said it makes him want his own plus now he's not quite so scared to hold newborns, lol.
We spent our nights at the hotel but the rest of the weekend we spent with them. It was wonderful. And being away from here was so fantastic. We came home last night to some "crap" that isn't even worth getting into at this point. I just can't wait until July, when we can move. And I'm looking forward to about a year and a half from now when hopefully we can move out of this state!
I have this week off! Well except for my Tuesday afternoon/evening position. The family I nanny for every morning is away this week. I'm planning some days here at home at the beginning of the week but them I'm heading to PA to spend time with my family for a few days plus the weekend!
Today I spent being very productive. I went to the gym first thing this morning. After the gym I went to Aldis and stocked up on tons of healthy groceries. Then I came home and did some serious cleaning! I put up some spring/Easter decorations as well. Changed our door hanging and garden flag outside. Clean house, spring decorations, sunshine... wow it's actually starting to feel like spring is near!!!!! :-)

You and Josh are adorable. Todd and I never have in depth conversations. Most likely I'm scouring his ipod for songs I can sing at the top of my lungs. lol. That's whether I'm driving or not! I'm so excited you're moving soon! Almost there, just hold on a little longer! You should definitely leave a big long bitchy note on neighbor's door the day you move out. It would be awesome. :) Just think how exciting it is that you'll get to be Aunt Jenn. My neices and nephews call me Vanessa. :(
ReplyDeleteRYC: I don't feel like talking about it just yet because it's kind of a sore subject. I may write an entry one of these days. As for the bear, older munchkin has kept it with her since I fixed it. lol. It must be more special now.
Aw you guys are adorable! I love those pictures. Franklin and I are the same way! It's terrible because we tell each other about the babies we see while we are work/school. Then we both sit around swooning about having a baby, lol.
